Immaculately clean and recently renovated room with central heating, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar. The affable and amazingly nice staff all round. Top-notch service overall and parking nearby. The atmosphere is quiet. Favourable, marvellous location in Old City Sultanahmet district just off restaurant, shopping center, and many more and shopping center...

The location is excellent and very close to the train station. Istanbul is close to the Bazaar and surrounding area.

The location was good in that one could walk to the most important historical sites in Istanbul. The hotel staff was accommodating.
The hotel staff spoke very limited English, causing problems. We were billed before our staff with a totally different name appearing on our visa bill. All kinds of problems resulted from that as I thought it was fraud. They didn't understand my questions or it would not have been a problem. The location is close to the historical area, but not a pretty site. Our taxi driver didn't want to go down our street. It ended up being fine.
